Made to order. Every piece is made after you order it, so allow production time before dispatch.

Coverage varies by piece. The checkout shows what is available to your address before you pay.

Production and delivery

Your order is dispatched once the piece is made. Orders are delivered within 30 days of the day you order. Most arrive well before that.

Delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Sent to you when your order is dispatched.

Prices and tax

Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT. Delivery is charged separately.

Duties and import charges

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may attract import duty and local tax on arrival. These are yours to pay and are not included in the price or the delivery cost. We do not mark parcels as gifts and we do not understate their value.

Your address

Check your address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it is with the carrier. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable are refunded less the delivery cost.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Customs clearance is outside our control. Where a delay is outside our control we will tell you as soon as we know.
