These terms govern your use of strtz.xyz and any order you place. By ordering you accept them.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract exists when we confirm dispatch, not when you pay. We may decline an order and refund you in full, including where a piece is mispriced, where production capacity has gone, or where we believe an order is placed for resale.

Pricing

Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time. The price that applies is the one displayed when you order.

Made to order and limited pieces

Pieces are made after you order. Limited pieces are produced in a fixed run and are not restocked. Colour may vary slightly between screens and cloth, and between production runs.

Returns

Set out in the Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The STRTZ name, the lion mark, 12[7], and all graphics, photography and copy on this site belong to us. You may not reproduce, distribute or use them commercially without written permission.

Accounts

Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
